1. Adolf Hitler was born on April 20th, 1889 (Yes 4/20) on the Austrian German Border. After failed attempts at being a painter, he joined the army during World War I. After the war, he joined the German Workers Party. After he failed to take over Munich, he was arrested and put in prison for 9 months. During his time in prison he wrote a book called Mein Kampf. After his release he got more and more powerful. He soon became Chancellor and took the title of Führer after the death of Paul von Hindenburg. Germany invaded Poland in 1939, which started World War II. Hitler invaded more and more countries, however was eventually losing the war to the allies (United States, England, Soviet Union). On April 30th, 1945, Hitler and his wife Eva Braun committed suicide.

2. Zyklon B was the main gas used at Concentration Camps during the Holocaust. Before World War II, it was used to exterminate pests in factories, and on ships. The Zyklon gas used at the Auschwitz Camp was produced in Frankfurt, Germany. Zyklon B is made up of granules that are roughly the size of peas. Due to the fact that it is extremely toxic, it was delivered to the camps in metal cans. It was used temporarily in camps, and didn't become popular until late 1941.

3. Little Boy was one of the Atomic Bombs that the United States dropped on Japan in 1945. It was dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima on August 6th, 1945. It was dropped from a U.S. plane called the "B-29 Enola Gay". The bomb weighed 9,700 lbs and its diameter was 28 inches. Due to it being the first of the two Atomic Bombs dropped on Japan, it was the first atomic weapon used in war.
